Blog 8 - Research and Working EQ

1.  What is your working EQ?
     
how dus the old school whay of traning compar to the way we tran dogs today ?

how dus the old school whay of traning compar to the way we tran dogs today ?
     the old school way is a lot more physical but certain techniques are still highly effective in to days training.
3.  What is the most important source you have used that has helped you come up with an answer to your working EQ?

4.  Who is your mentor, or where are you doing mentorship, and how does what you are doing relate to your working EQ? Victor Esnard and my dad Peter M Steinwald we train usually at Prado dog park this helps my EQ because Vic trained for along time and he still brings old school philosophies about training.

Blog 7: Independent Component 1 Approval

1.  Describe in detail what you plan to do for your 30 hours.
  we have two pups my dad and I are training to sell. The training is very detailed and will take a long time so its hard to go in detail.

2.  Discuss how or what you will do to meet the expectation of showing 30 hours of evidence.
I will tack pictures or video to documents.

3.  And explain how what you will be doing will help you explore your topic in more depth.
I will be training dogs so i will be experiencing my topic first hand training frum step 1 to when I sell them.

Blog 6 - Second Interview Preparation

1.  Who is your mentor and where do they work?

   my dad an a victor Esnard for the interview i will interview Victor he works as a pro dog trainer he mostly trans at prado dog park and his house 

2.  What five questions will you ask them about their background?

       1.how long have you bin training dogs ?
       2. what mad you want to become a pro?
       3.how did you git into dog training?
       4.what did you do before you became a dog trainer?
       5.what kind of passes or titles have you put on dogs?

Blog 5 - Mentorship Reflection

1. Mentorship question: Describe your experience in how you found your mentorship?  If you haven't found one yet, describe your experience so far in the search of a mentor. 

     
I have my mentors they are my dad and a pro dog trainer victor Esnard we new Victor before I starthed and already was training with him so my mentorship wasn't hard to find.

2. Research question: What has been your most important article you have read so far and why?

I haven't been reading articles but I do have a book that has helped a lot to deepen my knowledge and remind me of some basics you start over looking.
